EliteClouds Trading Education Inc. operates a strict no-refund policy. This applies to all products and services we sell, including but not limited to:
Once payment is processed, the purchase is non-refundable in full or in part, regardless of attendance, completion, partial use, or change of circumstances.
The Full Mentorship is a live, time-bounded program capped at six students per batch. When you enroll, your seat is reserved exclusively for you and is no longer available to any other applicant on the waiting list. Even partial attendance precludes us from offering that seat to someone else for that batch.
EliteClouds Live Trading delivers real-time, time-sensitive trading information that has tangible market value the moment it is delivered. Once you have access, the value has been provided regardless of how you use it.
Our pricing is set with the understanding that all sales are final. This is why we operate by application and discovery call for the mentorship — we want you fully informed about what you are buying before you buy it.

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraud claim with your bank or card issuer in lieu of contacting us directly is a violation of these terms and our Terms of Service. We document every applicant's pre-purchase consent to this no-refund policy and will provide that documentation to payment processors and financial institutions in response to any dispute.
If you have a concern about a charge, please email hello@elitecloudstrading.ca within five (5) business days of the charge so we can review the matter directly.
EliteClouds Live Trading plans sold through our Whop storefront are recurring subscriptions that automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (every 3 months or 6 months, depending on the plan you selected). Whop will send a reminder email to the address on your Whop account before each renewal charge.
You may cancel future renewals at any time from your Whop account dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current paid term. Your access to the EliteClouds Live Trading channels continues through the end of the term you have already paid for, after which access ends and no further charges occur. We do not issue pro-rata refunds for unused time in a cancelled term.
If you encounter difficulty cancelling through Whop, email hello@elitecloudstrading.ca before your next renewal date and we will assist. To avoid disputes, please cancel before the renewal charge is processed, not after.
If you elect a payment plan and miss a scheduled payment, your access to live sessions, the mentorship community, and any subscription benefits is suspended after a grace period. Suspended members forfeit any unpaid sessions and remain liable for the full balance owed under the plan. No refund of prior payments will be issued in cases of plan default.
Affiliate partners (including but not limited to Tradeify, TakeProfitTrader, Lucid Trading, Apex Trader Funding, and MotiveWave) operate under their own refund and cancellation policies. EliteClouds Trading Education Inc. is not party to those transactions and cannot issue refunds for purchases made directly with third parties. Please review each partner's terms before signing up.
In rare and exceptional circumstances — for example, documented medical emergencies that prevent any program participation — EliteClouds Trading Education Inc. may, at its sole and absolute discretion, offer alternatives such as deferral to a future batch or partial credit toward future services. Any such accommodation is a goodwill gesture and is not a contractual right. Submitting a request does not entitle you to receive an accommodation.
By purchasing any EliteClouds Trading Education product or service — whether through the Whop storefront, a direct invoice, a payment plan, or any other channel — you acknowledge that you have read this No Refund Policy in full and agree to be bound by it. You also acknowledge that you have read our Terms of Service, Risk Disclosure, and Privacy Policy.
