These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website elitecloudstrading.ca, the services offered by EliteClouds Trading Education Inc. ("EliteClouds," "we," "us," or "our"), including our live mentorship program, VIP signal services, Discord community, recorded materials, and any related products (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Services. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

All Services are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. They are not, and should not be interpreted as, financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Pricing for VIP signals is displayed on our Whop storefront and is processed by Whop under their terms. Pricing for the Full Mentorship is provided directly to applicants after a brief intake conversation; payment plans may be available at our discretion.
All payments are in USD or CAD as displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All content provided through the Services — including but not limited to written materials, slides, recordings, videos, charts, signal alerts, and proprietary methodologies — is owned by EliteClouds Trading Education Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own personal educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
The Services may contain affiliate links to third-party products or services (including Tradeify and others). We may earn a commission if you sign up through these links or use our coupon codes. This does not influence our educational recommendations, and you pay no additional fee.
We are not responsible for the practices, terms, or content of any third-party websites or services. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service's own terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EliteClouds Trading Education Inc., its directors, officers, employees, instructors (including Dr. Gunbharpur Gill), affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, capital, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or any trading decision you make.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EliteClouds Trading Education Inc. and its representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your trading or investment decisions, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other members or to our business. Upon termination, the disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property provisions of these Terms survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada, unless we mutually agree to alternative dispute resolution.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
